The website
This site is provided by Landmatters (Pty) Ltd for information about our services. Content is general and does not constitute legal, tax, or valuation advice. No statement on this site guarantees a price, a timeline, or a decision by the state.
Bookings
A booking is a request for a conversation, not a mandate. You may reschedule or cancel from the links in your confirmation.
The assistant
Msizi answers from our published content and may be wrong or incomplete. It does not give legal, tax, or valuation advice and will refer you to a person for anything outside its scope.
The client portal
Access is by one-time code to the contacts on your file. You are responsible for keeping your phone and email secure. Documents you upload must be accurate; signatures made in the portal are legally binding electronic signatures under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Intellectual property
Content on this site belongs to Landmatters (Pty) Ltd. You may quote it with attribution and a link.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Our engagement terms are in the mandate agreement.
Law
