Ask for your personal information

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. We verify your identity first and answer within 30 days.

The Information Officer is Craig Khumalo, reachable at hello@landmatters.co.za. Where the law requires us to keep a record, for example FICA identity records for five years after a mandate ends, we will tell you what we keep and until when.
